Dr Jacky trained at the University of Sydney, graduating as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2019.
His clinical interests are aesthetic and restorative dentistry, dental implants and full-mouth rehabilitation, in which several or all of the teeth are restored as one planned course of treatment.
His continuing education has centred on implant dentistry and the restoration of worn teeth. He completed the gIDE Implant Residency and Moredent Implant Education's live surgery programme in South America, and a two-day live surgery and hands-on course in edentulous implant rehabilitation at Tufts University with Dr Christopher Ho. With Dr Ho he has also studied treatment options for worn teeth using injectable composite, through GC. He is a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
He is fluent in English and Mandarin, and consultations can be held in either language.

Outside the clinic, Dr Jacky enjoys travelling, tennis, and exploring architecture, art and culture.
Dental implant treatment is a surgical procedure and carries risks, including infection, nerve injury, sinus complications and failure of the implant to integrate with the bone. Results vary between individuals, and suitability depends on an individual assessment. Alternatives include bridges and dentures, and a second opinion is always reasonable before any surgical treatment.
